Flat Fee Per File:

• $950 per closed loan (mandatory)
• Tech/Admin Fee: $125/monthlyWaived if you close more than 2 loans per month.

Optional Add-Ons:

• Processing Support: +$300 per file (only if LO wants Harmony to process)
• Harmony Lead Source - 25% per closed file no upfront cost to LO
