Founded in April 2004 by broker-owner Jason Carrasquillo, Harmony Mortgage began in Boca Raton, Florida as a correspondent lending business. In 2013, we transitioned to a brokerage model to better serve our clients, and today we proudly call Palm Bay, Florida home.

Our mission is simple: to serve our customers with honesty, integrity, and competence. We strive to provide competitive home loan options while ensuring our clients benefit from the lowest possible rates and closing costs.

As the mortgage industry has evolved, so have we. Today, Harmony Mortgage operates under a flat-fee brokerage model designed to empower Loan Officers and improve the borrower experience. By lowering costs for originators, we make the mortgage process more efficient, transparent, and affordable for our clients.
